Managed Services Provider
IDEA*TECH provides a powerful Managed Service platform for all its clients, Using the N-Able MSP platform, all critical network servers, workstations and routers are monitored. Immediate remote access to servers and workstations is provided via the platform, as well as AV Defender anti-virus with optional advanced automatic patch management. I*TA uses the N-Able platform to maintain an inventory of these assets and the associated critical systems configuration, logged in uses and agent status. This system is the first line of defense against unwanted malware attacks and similar exploits. See the section on the Endpoint Detection and Response system, SentinelOne, also made available to our clients.
Complete network infrastructure services and management are provided including public DNS, domain registrations, SSL certificate acquisition and deployment, and office network deployments and management.
Secure Hosting Services
IDEA*TECH maintain a highly secure (SOC certified) server hosting center for domain, SharePoint and other application servers. Clients can have us deploy backup domain controls with dedicated VPN connections for directory replication. The hosting center meets government SOC security standards, power backup, and continuous monitoring.
Complete Hardware and Software Sales
IDEA*TECH provides a complete line of hardware and software sales support. Hewlett Packard, Lenovo, Dell and other computer brands, Supermicro servers, Microsoft and VMWare applications and server software sales and support. Workstation and laptop sales include full preparation of the systems prior to delivery and extended warrenties.

Off-site Backup Service
IDEA*TECH provides a secure off-site backup service for client servers and optionally workstations. Backups are performed daily and recovery support is provided as requested. The commercial backup center meets SOC standards. Although no longer required with modern backup systems, we provide test restores if required by our clients.
On-site Technical Support
IDEA*TECH provides scheduled and unscheduled on-site technical support for our clients in the DC Metropolitan area. Scheduled on-site support can be configured to meet client requirements and emergency on-site support is provided under under technical support contracts. Critical system emergencies are handled within a two hour response window.
